Loyalty

You can become a member:

• By creating an online account with your email address
• During a stay in one of the group's hotels
• By telephone to our Booking Centre.

When you are identified as a member, you accumulate points for each night spent in one of the group's hotels. The number of points awarded depends on the category of the hotel:

• 4000 points per night spent in The Originals Relais hotel

Points will be credited to your loyalty account 72 hours after your departure, if the reservation has been made:

• On the theoriginalshotels.com website
• By telephone to the hotels of the group or to the Central Reservation Office.
• On the sites of the group's member hotels.

How to use your points? You can use your points online to pay for all or part of your booking.
You can also exchange your points for "Loyalty Advantages" at the hotel:

• Virtual gift voucher 50€ for 40,000 points
• Virtual gift voucher 40€ for 32,000 points
• Virtual gift voucher 30€ for 24 000 points
• Virtual gift voucher 20€ for 16 000 points
• Virtual gift voucher 10€ for 8 000 points
• A bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne (in a case), worth 20,000 points.
